Established on the 1st of September 2020, Weplan Sdn. Bhd. is the managing agent of Warisan Square Complex appointed by Ramajuta Properties, the developer of Warisan Square Complex. The management office is located in Warisan Square itself. Ever since Weplan started managing the complex, even though there are masses of challenges, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic phase, through their excellent team work and dedication, many improvements can be seen.
The managing agent consists of young, talented and motivated members with an average age of 34, and led by one of the respectful acting director, Mr. Wong Tze Sheng.
The team consists of 6 departments :
Providing latest updates and interacting with patron's enquiries
Strategies fun and interactive activities as well hosting events
Providing details and assist potential tenants in renting units
Managing, evaluating and strategize financial matters
Conducting daily routine inspections of premises and facilities
Providing 24 hours of system monitoring and security patrols
